Graduate of an approved LPN program or medical assistant (MA) program.Licensure/Certification QualificationsCurrent licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the appropriate state (e.g., Minnesota, Wisconsin) OR current registration or certification as a medical assistant OR verifiable completion of a medical assistant program, with certification required within one year of hire (must pass certification within two attempts).
