Your voice matters here, because we know that to inspire and retain the best people, we must empower them.The LCSW independently provides comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment, diagnosis and/or treatment/interventions/advocacy of patients and their support systems. The LCSW incorporates concepts and theories associated with life span development, neurobiology, and behavioral change. The LPC practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders, collaborating with the patient/support system. The CSWA Social Worker, under direct and continuous supervision, provides comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment, diagnosis and/or treatment/interventions/advocacy of patients and their support systems. Social Worker LCSW Required Qualifications Master/'s Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited School of Social Work, OR from a school in candidacy status by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE). Upon hire: Oregon Clinical Social Worker License Upon hire: Social Worker License in state(s) of hire, and wherever care is delivered. Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Proof of driver license and auto insurance may be required. See policy for additional information. 2 years of relevant social work experience. May include CSWA experience. Preferred Qualifications 1 year of All EMPL's: Care Management experience in acute care settings. Salary Range for Social Worker LCSW: Min: $39.73, Max: $61.68 Social Worker MSW Required Qualifications Master/'s Degree in Social Work Within 60 days of hire: Oregon Clinical Social Work Associate License OR Preferred Qualifications 2 years of clinical work experience within healthcare, hospice and/or bereavement. Salary Range for Social Worker MSW: Min: $35.32, Max: $54.82 Licensed Professional Counselor Required Qualifications Master/'s Degree in Counseling, Counseling Psychology or related field Upon hire: Oregon Professional Counselor License Preferred Qualifications 1 year of Master/'s level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship Additional experience in substance use treatment setting Salary Range for Licensed Professional Counselor: Min: $39.73, Max: $61.68 Why Join Providence?
