OverviewNurse Practitioner, Per Diem Mobile Health FresnoPer DiemJob Summary: This onsite role requires the Nurse Practitioner (NP) to work at various locations and events within Fresco County. Core hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekend hours may be required. The Mobile Health Nurse Practitioner is the lead for patient evaluations and treatment decisions and acts as the licensed provider on site, monitoring clinical tasks performed by lower-level unlicensed clinical staff. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on factors including work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. Through Mobile Health, UCSF Fresno brings health care to communities in need and provides learning opportunities for future health care providers. The COVID-19 Equity Project (CEP) expands Mobile Health by delivering barrier-free COVID and other health care services in partnership with community-based organizations.
