OverviewAtrium Health Navicent Medical Group is recruiting a Pediatric Neurologist. We are looking for a provider motivated to meet the highest possible standards of care and to partner in providing the best in evidence based safe care in a premier and highly respected environment. We are looking for candidates who are forward-thinking with a dedication to excellence. Join a team that includes an attending neurologist and a full-time pediatric neurology nurse practitioner.Position highlights:Inpatient EEG monitoring on weekdays until 11 PM, and have 24/7 EEG coverage on weekends, including neonatal EEG.Offer botulinum toxin injections to patients with cerebral palsy in an outpatient procedural sedation unit with full nursing staff supportConsult-only inpatient serviceOpportunity to network with colleagues within the Levine Children's Hospital systemAtrium Health Levine Children’s Beverly Knight Olson Children’s Hospital (AHLCBKOCH) is the regions only dedicated pediatric hospital and one of the largest pediatric providers in the State. Serving 45,000 plus patients annually from 29 primary and 50 secondary Central and South Georgia counties, The AHNBKOCH hospital includes 4 dedicated pediatric operating rooms, 22 beds dedicated to general pediatrics, a 66-bed neonatal intensive care unit, 11 bed pediatric intensive care unit, a 10-bed pediatric intermediate care unit and dedicated pediatric critical care and pediatric hospitalist teams.
