Clinical Director - BCBA - Livonia MI - HybridLocation: Livonia, MIShift: Full-Time | Hybrid Schedule (4 Days Onsite, 1 Day Remote)Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Clinical Director to lead the clinical and operational activities of our Livonia, MI facility. This role is ideal for a compassionate, results-driven BCBA with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. The position offers a hybrid schedule, with four days onsite and one day remote per week.ResponsibilitiesProvide overall leadership and management of clinical and operational functions within the assigned location.Supervise and mentor clinical team members including Assistant Clinical Directors, BCBAs, Behavior Consultants, and Behavior Technicians.Oversee case management, staff training/support, and parent education.Conduct initial and ongoing assessments; develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.Ensure high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based care is consistently delivered.Coordinate staff schedules and ensure adequate clinical coverage.Partner with the Regional Clinical Director and administrative teams to ensure program compliance and clinical excellence.Provide guidance and support during challenging client, parent, or staff situations.Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA and company standards regarding client confidentiality.Education, Licensure, and ExperienceActive BCBA Certification and LBA Licensure (Required)Minimum 3 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or working with children with developmental disabilities.Proven leadership skills with experience in clinical supervision and staff development.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Flexible availability to meet operational and staffing needs.BenefitsFull Benefits PackageHybrid Work SchedulePotential Relocation Assistance for the ideal candidateHow to applyFor more information please reach out to Valeria Moore at 469-331-2893 or . #J-18808-Ljbffr
