This is an opportunity for a primary care career with a smaller patient panel and the potential for meaningful patient time, without financial risk.Our Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care model offers many benefits to both providers and patients:Enhanced Relationships: Patient panels are limited to 800-1000 patients with 30-60 minute appointments for quality time with patients.Aligned Incentives: Focus on improving health outcomes and patient engagement; care is included in a monthly membership fee paid by the employer.Focus on Preventive Care: Proactive care to prevent disease and injury through lifestyle changes.Flexible Practice Approach: Insurance-free work environment with reduced paperwork; care can be delivered via mobile devices and secure email.Improved Medical Model: Electronic medical records and population management tools support high-quality care.Collaborative Oversight: Interdisciplinary teamwork with at least two Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).QualificationsGraduation from an accredited medical school and residency in Family Practice or Internal Medicine + PediatricsBoard certification or eligibility and intent to certify; active state license required; DEA preferredCPR/BLS certification required at start dateDesired AttributesPhilosophical alignment with our care model and a strong interest in creating a wonderful service experience for patients.Pay and ConditionsPay Range: $200,000-285,000/yr plus $15,000 Sign-on Bonus.
