We aim to serve customers with relevant industry stories, practical value from Workday technology, and peer networks for learning. We operate like a start-up inside a larger organization, continually seeking new ways to help customers be successful on their cloud journey.About You: you will engage with customers and internal teams to drive adoption, value realization, and expansion opportunities within the Workday ecosystem.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Account Executives and Service Executives to position and sell or upsell Workday product, deployment, and postproduction services into the customer base, ensuring maximum value from the product.Oversee successful deployment of the Workday solution, drive adoption, guide customers in implementing new features, and sell additional services to support their strategy.Participate in sales cycles to support implementation-related activities for prospects that will become part of the portfolio.Drive customer self-sufficiency by ensuring customers understand how to engage with the Workday services organization.Partner with colleagues to position additional value through in-subscription adoption, additional subscription products, or activation of platform offerings.Participate in partner selection for non-Workday-prime engagements.Guide large, partner-led accounts with global complexity (e.g., M&A and divestitures).Create strategic plans across customer architecture and participate in steering committee meetings to nurture executive relationships.Provide direction and support to Workday and service partner project teams on scope, budget, timeline, and deployment issues; act as a point of contact to facilitate resolutions.Engage other service resources to support account planning and feature adoption strategies.Leverage customer relationships as needed for prospect references.QualificationsBasic Qualifications: 10+ years of experience deploying large, sophisticated Cloud SaaS ERP (HCM & Fins) solutions at a project/program manager level within the Diversified Industries arena.2+ years direct experience with a cloud-native HR or Finance software (such as Workday, SuccessFactors, NetSuite, or similar) as an implementation leader, business function owner, hands-on configuration resource, or workmate.8+ years of developing and maintaining C-level relationships resulting in successful partnerships and strategic alignment.Other Qualifications: Experience within the Diversified Industries customer base; strong stakeholder management, ability to lead a matrixed team, manage multiple customer demands, and focus on continuous improvement.Proven ability to develop and implement effective account strategies focused on client relationships, growth opportunities, and revenue.Strong customer insights, relationship management, and the ability to analyze customer data to inform business strategies.Strong account planning and communication skills; credibility built on honesty and expertise.Ability to travel up to 50%.Pay and LocationBase pay range: $148,900.00/yr - $264,400.00/yrPrimary Location: USA.WA.Seattle; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $148,900.00 USD - $264,400.00 USDWorkplace FlexibilityOur approach to flexible work combines in-person time and remote work.
