Use your Project Management expertise to manage complex technical commercial card product implementations for JP Morgan Chase Clients from around the world.As a Commercial Card Technical Onboarding Consultant Vice President within the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will be responsible for the overall client experience and project management of technical commercial product implementations. You will also partner with client and internal stake holders to help provide a best-in-class experience. You are often the clients first true experience working with JP Morgan Chase.Job ResponsibilitiesOwn the technical implementations for your assigned clientsMeet and connect with clients through Zoom, and other collaboration technologiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key partners in Relationship Management, Sales, Service, Operations and Product ManagementManage client and partner expectations and understanding throughout the implementation processExhibit ownership of implementations experience and own client satisfaction resultsIdentify instances of business risk and show ownership of issues when they ariseScope client requests to insure the correct solution for the client is identifiedDemonstrate creative problem solving and judgement and be empowered to escalate when necessaryManage client and internal partner expectations by establishing timeliness and dependencies with the goal to exceed expectationsRequired Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills3+ years of technical project management experience or experience with complex client onboarding implementations and comfort in a fast paced, dynamic client-facing environmentAdeptness at communicating with technical and non-technical resourcesStrategic thinking with the ability to manage conflict and adapt to changeExcellent problem-solving skillsDemonstrated team building skills and ability to work in a team environmentAbility to clearly communicate, partner and influence - leading others to a common goalComfort in using technology such as Zoom and other collaboration tools for enhanced client discussionsExhibit adherence to policy and procedures and meet or exceed established SLAProficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of productsPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities And SkillsBachelor of Science or Business Administration DegreeKnowledge of Commercial CardAn appreciation for being a ‘keeper of our brand’Technical Consulting or business analysis experience in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), or systems integration spacePMP or other Project management CertificationsPassion for learning new operating models, technologies, and industry trendsFinal Job Grade and officer title will be determined at time of offer and may differ from this posting.Some travel required to visit clients and internal partners.Please note this role is not eligible for employer immigration sponsorship.About UsJPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
