General Manager

OverviewThe General Manager will have full P&L responsibility, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure the facility meets the highest standards in production quality, customer service, and safety. They will ensure full compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) regulations, including oversight of hazardous materials management, wastewater discharge, emissions, and worker safety protocols—critical to the sustainable success of the business.
