We're seeking a forward-thinking Director of Pharmacy Operations to oversee pharmacy performance, staff leadership, and business development strategy.This is a full-time, direct hire leadership role for someone with proven operational expertise, business acumen, and deep experience in HIV/AIDS pharmacy services.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily pharmacy operations, supervising Pharmacy Managers and teamsEnsure regulatory compliance, ACHC specialty accreditation, and SOP adherenceMonitor KPIs and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and service qualityLead recruiting, performance management, and staff developmentBuild and maintain provider and prescriber partnerships to expand pharmacy reachOversee inventory management, 340B and retail accounts, and vendor relationsSupport marketing initiatives, outreach programs, and patient community engagementRequired QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience as a Pharmacy Director or Manager in a retail or specialty settingProven team leadership of at least 3+ direct reportsStrong background in HIV/AIDS pharmacy services (AAHIVP certification highly preferred)Deep understanding of operational metrics, compliance standards, and performance managementDemonstrated success in business development and external partnership growthClear, active Florida Pharmacist licenseThis is a high-impact role reporting directly to the Chief Pharmacy Officer.
