General Manager

Responsibilities Run a profitable restaurant and ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Work with your leader to set restaurant goals and create a plan to achieve them. Lead a team of Department Managers; help set their goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching to improve departments. Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team for future success. Qualifications Previous General Manager experience in high-volume locations. Background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned and operated restaurants.
