The company has a strong reputation for delivering re-roof, new construction, and service/maintenance projects across the Pacific Northwest.Role SummaryThe ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of commercial roofing leadership experience and will oversee company-wide operations, ensuring profitability, efficiency, and long-term growth. This executive will work with ownership and senior leadership to set strategy, drive performance, and elevate operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations of all divisions, including production, service, estimating, and project managementDevelop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, safety, and profitability across departmentsLead and mentor project managers, superintendents, and service teams to ensure project success and client satisfactionCollaborate with ownership on financial planning, budgeting, and long-term business strategyMonitor project performance and resolve escalated issues related to scheduling, manpower, and client relationsEnsure compliance with safety standards, manufacturer requirements, and company policiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partnersDrive recruitment, training, and retention of top talent within the organizationOversee operational systems, workflows, and reporting to maximize performance and scalabilityServe as a key member of the executive leadership team, guiding the company’s culture and growth trajectoryQualifications / Requirements10+ years of experience in commercial roofing with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Director, VP, COO, or equivalent)Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar roofing projects and operationsStrong financial acumen with experience in P&L oversight and business planningExcellent leadership, communication, and team-building skillsAbility to travel regionally as neededOSHA certifications and relevant manufacturer certifications preferredMust be eligible to work in the U.S.Legal & Equal OpportunityTiello LLC is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
