This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cold chain logistics and operations, supporting the development and enhancement of our processes and metrics.You will be responsible for:Metrics Publication: Publish quarterly reports detailing department metrics to track performance and improvement.Database Development: Assist in the creation and maintenance of a Cold Chain Operations database, including site master data, lane details, and key contacts.SOP Review and Enhancement: Review existing onboarding documents and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect current practices and improve operational efficiency.Training Coordination: Ensure timely completion of training programs for team members, contributing to a knowledgeable and compliant workforce.Credo Event Participation: Participate in and lead Credo Events to foster a culture of engagement and teamwork within the department.Ad Hoc Project Support: Provide support on various ad hoc projects to assist in the optimization of cold chain operations and processes.Qualifications / Requirements:Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.Have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Power BI is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.Knowledge of cold chain logistics and operations is a plus.Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future.The expected pay range for this position is between $23.00 per hour and $51.50 per hour but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience.Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
