OverviewGENERAL MANAGERWe currently have an opening for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our energetic team! Self-starters with a positive attitude who are willing to lead by example are welcome to apply.ResponsibilitiesTo drive profitability and service excellence throughout the property while creating a culture of empowerment and team spirit, as required by the companySubmit timely and accurate financial information to the companyFull implementation and consistency of the company’s standards and brand standards, and industry rating for the propertyControl all purchasing in accordance with the budget outline and as required by company policyWork with team members to ensure ongoing training and development for a positive and proactive approach towards all of the property’s guestsMaintain an appraisal system for the employees for their continued training and growthMaintain employee files in accordance to company policy and federal/state guidelinesMonitor staff schedules to ensure in line with business demands, legal requirements and the hotel budget while ensuring adequate service coverage at all times while maintaining accurate employee attendance calendars and schedulesActively promote sales for revenue generation for the companyQualificationsPrior management or senior supervisory experience in hotelsProven ability to build and maintain a teamProven ability to operate a hotel profitablyIntermediate accounting skillsWorking knowledge of a PMS system #J-18808-Ljbffr
