Director of Maintenance and Manufacturing We’re seeking a seasoned leader to oversee maintenance and packaging operations, ensuring our production systems run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This role leads high-performing teams, optimizes equipment reliability, and implements automation, mechatronics, and robotics solutions. Reporting to the VP of Production & Manufacturing Operations, you’ll drive operational excellence, reduce downtime, and support the company’s long-term growth strategies. Responsibilities Oversee maintenance and packaging operations to maximize reliability and uptime. Lead high-performing teams, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and develop talent. Optimize equipment reliability, implement automation, mechatronics, and robotics solutions, and drive process improvements. Balance strategic planning with hands-on operational oversight to meet production targets. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety requirements across all operations. Required Minimum Qualifications Must be 21 or older. Experience: Minimum of 10 years in maintenance and packaging operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Skills: Strong expertise in equipment maintenance, packaging operations, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies. Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop high-performance teams. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Technical Proficiency: Experience with CMMS and automation technologies is preferred. Compliance: In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards, including OSHA, FDA, and TTB regulations.
