We are expanding and seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our projects and drive our commitment to quality and client satisfaction.Job Description:We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have extensive construction management experience, strong leadership skills, and a track record of successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Manage and lead construction projects, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery.Develop and monitor project plans, including scope, timeline, and budget.Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.Conduct project meetings, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Qualifications:5 yrs+ experience as a Senior Project Manager in construction.Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management.Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Bilingual (Spanish) - highly preferred.Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).PMP certification is a plus.Clean driving record pensation:Salary: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year.Performance-based raises and advancement opportunities.To start, there will be a 90-day trial period, after which your performance will be evaluated.How to Apply:Submit your resume and cover letter to [].Schedule:8-hour shift, overtime and weekends as needed.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (Preferred, not required).Experience:5 years+ in Senior Project Management (Required).Ability to Commute:Los Angeles, CA (Required)Ventura, CA (Required)Work Location: In person.DGM Home Solutions, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
