We are a fast-growing recreational fishing gear and tackle ecommerce company with local roots. This position is responsible for guiding our team and managing our retail and wholesale operations.Main ResponsibilitiesManaging the day-to-day operations of both retail and wholesale businesses such as:Timely processing and shipment of orders.Receiving and put-away of inbound shipments.Maintaining accurate inventory counts.Customer serviceConsulting on marketing and sales strategies.Training and supervising our team.Processing invoices.Moderate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
