We are seeking a highly motivated General Manager (GM) for a brand new car wash location we are building in the middle of Fort Worth. As a GM, you will help ensure that the location assigned to you meets and exceeds the organization’s standards in leadership, customer service, safety, quality, operational excellence and financial performance. We will share our time, effort, and knowledge to help guide you through our training program and we will seek to create internal career growth opportunities for your long-term success at our Company.Responsibilities:Ability to successfully recruit and onboard new employees, train and coach staff, schedule employee shifts with strict adherence to overtime policiesBuild and enhance Slappy's friendly, customer-oriented atmospherePerform activities around employee engagement, performance management, and recognitionMaintain a focus on growing sales volume and increasing site profitabilityManage operating P&L metrics and understand how expenditures/costs impact business margins and pricingEnsure execution on all store goals for memberships, volume, maintenance, claims, labor hours, ratings, turnover, etc.Ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly checklists as requiredMaintain frequent and accurate maintenance logs and identify potential issues quicklyEnsure the site follows all approved safety proceduresEnsure the site follows all approved vehicle damage claim proceduresPerforms other duties and responsibilities as assigned, building a culture where every member works together to achieve the same goalJob Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year plus monthly and quarterly incentive bonusesBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceEmployee discountPaid time offPaid trainingShift:Day shift and weekend availability (approximately 50 hours/week)Ability to commute/relocate:Fort Worth, TX 76107: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)License/Certification:Driver's License (Required)Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
