Grispin, is proven and ready for expansion.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Managing Director based in Phoenix, AZ, with some remote work acceptable. The Managing Director will oversee operations, lead strategic planning, and drive business development initiatives and work hand-in-glove with the CEO, CTO & CFO. Some of the day-to-day tasks include securing Springboard and Series A & B Rounds of financing, managing senior staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing financial performance, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and steering the company towards achieving its commercial and operational goals.QualificationsLeadership and team management skills, with experience in senior management rolesStrategic planning, business development, and operational oversight abilitiesFinancial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance managementKnowledge of environmental technologies or relevant industrial experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a hybrid work settingBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related fieldExperience in the waste management or oil refining industry is a plusLocation: Phoenix, AZ #J-18808-Ljbffr
