Join us in our global mission to empower and grow local economies!About the RoleAs we continue to scale our Grocery business, we’re looking to hire multiple Senior Associates on our Grocery Strategy & Operations team. You’ll define key go-to-market strategies, launch growth initiatives, and dive into data to identify trends that will inform operational and product strategies, all while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role is based in New York or San Francisco. We operate in a hybrid model of in-office & remote work, as well as travel to collaborate with colleagues across different offices in person.You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…Strategize. From first principles, develop the optimal strategy for serving our customers.Operate. Own tracking dashboards and manage week over week metrics to drive high quality operations.Analyze. Build models using Excel and SQL to evaluate the economic, operational and strategic costs and benefits of programs and experiments.Experiment. Translate strategies into operational experiments with measurable outcomes.Build. Contribute to DoorDash’s next big business, launching new products and scaling new initiatives, covering both high-level strategy and operational details.Lead, collaborate and influence. Partner with and influence cross-functional teams including growth, quality, design, marketing, partnerships and product to scale the Grocery business.We’re excited about you because…You have 2-4+ years of experience. Experience in analytical, cross-functional environments (tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or related).You are an owner. You thrive in a fast-changing, startup environment.You have completed a Bachelor’s pensation & BenefitsThe national base pay range for this position is $78,200 - $115,000 USD. Base salary is localized by work location, and ranges may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Comprehensive benefits include 401(k) with employer matching, paid parental leave, wellness benefits, commuter benefits match, paid time off and paid sick leave in compliance with applicable laws, medical, dental and vision coverage, holidays, disability and life insurance, and other programs.
