Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr About The OpportunityA client of AlphaHire, a leading residential pool construction company, is seeking an experienced General Manager / Production Manager to lead and oversee field operations across North Texas. This is a high-impact, on-site leadership role ideal for a seasoned pool construction professional who thrives in the field and brings a strong track record in managing large-scale teams and projects. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and full-cycle project execution for multiple residential pool builds Supervise and coordinate superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and crews across multiple sites Maintain timelines, budgets, and quality standards while resolving delays or field issues proactively Serve as the hands-on expert for technical questions, construction troubleshooting, and scope validation Partner with ownership and office staff to ensure scheduling, purchasing, and client updates are aligned Monitor KPIs, enforce safety protocols, and continuously drive performance and accountability Qualifications 8–10+ years of hands-on experience with large-scale pool construction companies Proven leadership in managing field teams, subcontractors, and multi-project pipelines Deep subject matter expertise in residential pool construction, phases, permitting, and inspections Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and on-the-ground presence; this is not a desk job Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Must be local to the Anna, TX area and available for daily site travel Preferred Experience scaling operations in high-growth pool or outdoor construction environments Spanish language skills a plus Why This Role?
