OverviewGlobal Medical ResponsePosition: Fixed Wing PilotLocation: Nationwide AirframeBeechjet 400 ScheduleLocation Dependent CompensationAnnual Salary Range: Determined by Location and Experience. Salary may be adjusted by merit. Contract12-18 Month Training Contract Required Depending on Certifications. IncentivesAnnual scaled salary increases based on merit to a maximum of $125,299Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (Must Complete Training and Check Ride)Retention Bonus: up to $40,000 (6 Month Waiting Period; 3 Year Program)Up to $5,000 in Relocation Assistance Scheduled shifts run according to location and service day or night trips. Pilots serve a 12-hour shift (or up to the maximum allowed under Part 135 if on mission) from home and must meet the program’s call-out time to launch trips. Shift assignments follow a 7-day on / 7-day off pattern with rotation between day and night duties as scheduled by the Base Lead Pilot. Changes to duty periods within a 7-day shift are discouraged but may occur based on local needs.
