OverviewKforce has an enterprise client that is seeking a Project/Program Manager IV in Seattle, WA. Summary: Design Excellence (ADX) is an internal team aiming to elevate the impact of design and our reputation as a top destination for design talent. We are looking for a talented and passionate Project/Operations Manager. You will lead process and workstreams on behalf of the team, delivering mechanisms to keep on budget and on track.ResponsibilitiesOversee capacity planning, intake, budget, scheduling, and reviewsCreate and publish recaps, securing approvals with mid- to upper-level leadershipCreate and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)Develop and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiencyOwn program strategy for end-to-end delivery using project development process lifecycles and workflowsDrive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimizationClarify constraints and make appropriate trade-offs to decrease time-to-market and effectively gain alignmentIdentify blockers, develop clear mitigation plans, and communicate effectively with stakeholdersKeep both internal and partner teams informed and aligned on priorities and risksManage other design or internal projects as assignedRequirements5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in technology or digital servicesExperience with capacity planning, intake, budget, scheduling, and reviewsExperience with data analysis and reporting toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent project management capabilitiesProven track record of process improvement and optimizationStrong communication skillsThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
