The GM provides exceptional member experience, a team environment, and ensures the club’s financial success. The GM is responsible for end-to-end management and development – focusing on effective and efficient resourcing, scheduling, club & team performance, goal setting, and providing exceptional customer service; through upholding the company policies as the ultimate brand ambassador.Brand Standards & ResponsibilitiesHit monthly revenue targets through membership enrollment and retention, as well as class packages, private training, equipment, and retail salesFoster and maintain an engaged, high-performing team that aligns with the company’s mission, vision, and valuesManage all end-to-end employment and development – through resourcing, scheduling, daily/weekly goals, and monthly/quarterly performance evaluationsFacilitate and supervise ongoing training to ensure all employees are proficient in club sales, operations, fitness, and TITLE brand standards + policiesMeet and collaborate with Regional Leadership and Corporate - with ongoing communication to deliver E2E club sales funnel through prospect/lead generation, first-time visitors, marketing/events, and new membership unitsCultivate an evergreen source of energy and community-focused club culture that delivers high member satisfaction and achieves maximum profitabilityDelegate, oversee and lead all club operations and member engagementMonitor club appearance, including a clean, friendly, and well-maintained environmentExecute and oversee employee interviewing, training, scheduling, and payroll upon startAdhere to all operational policies and maintain responsibilities for compliance with State & Federal employmentMeet/exceed TITLE key performance indicators for club metrics – through daily, weekly, and monthly reportsSkills & Qualifications3-5+ years in a managerial role - supervising, directing, and coaching teamsExperience managing trend reports and/or demonstrated math analytical/ratio skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to multi-task, manage clients (via call, text, email, and/or in-person) and team member concerns with approachable and welcoming energyFitness enthusiast and boxing experience preferred; however, not a knockout qualificationRequirementsHigh School Diploma/GEDCollege degree strongly preferredCPR and First Aid certified preferredFlexible hours, with the ability to work early mornings, evenings, and/or weekendsCompensation & PerksBase salary + monthly bonus incentives + commissionFull-benefit package (medical, dental, and vision)Discounted company merchandise and free class accessTITLE Boxing Club is the world’s leading boxing fitness brand that offers a full-body, authentic heavy-bag workout designed to build your fitness, control your breathing, and clear your mind.
