You’ll do this by applying a critical and analytical lens to help you understand how users can better manage their finances with BILL.Some of the ways you’ll be successful are:Refining and building a mobile-first product that engenders trust between customers, vendors, and BILLUnderstanding and solving problems at their coreLeveraging the robust capabilities BILL has to offer in new and innovative ways for our customers, particularly those on-the-go.Drive Strategy and Execution: Help shape the strategy, development, and execution of our Spend & Expense product, ensuring alignment with our overarching product vision, customer outcomes, and business goals.Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to define, prioritize, and deliver impactful features that meet customer needs.Harness the Power of Data: Define and track key performance metrics and success criteria, using data to make informed decisions that propel our product forward.Create Delightful Experiences: Partner with Product Designers to craft intuitive and engaging mobile experiences that delight our customers and drive adoption and retention.Champion the Customer: Advocate for our customers’ needs throughout the product development process, ensuring we always keep their best interests at heart.We’d Love To Chat If You HaveBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.5+ years of product management experience or relevant experienceProven track record of successfully launching and managing B2B productsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to product management.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across the organization.Passion for innovation, with a demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically about product opportunities and challenges.Prior experience in the financial technology (FinTech) industry is a plus.The estimated salary range for this role is $120,700.00/yr - $170,400.00/yr.
