The General Manager is responsible for improving efficiency and increasing location profitability while managing the school’s operations.Roles and responsibilitiesProvide an exceptional experience for students and parents, delivering strong engagement and maximizing student enrollmentOversee and guide a team of instructional and administrative staff to cultivate a collaborative and supportive work environment while delivering a high quality educational experienceManage the school’s Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, including data analysis, budget tracking, and cost control to enhance financial performanceManage the creation of high-quality events to foster a sense of community, motivate students, and ensure their continued participationProvide top-quality customer service, including billing, schedule management, and clear and timely communicationBe a Brand Ambassador. Build relationships in the local community, networking with local businesses, service organizations, and other educational institutions, to increase visibility, create performance opportunities, and drive the businessHire and onboard staff members. This includes recruiting and training to ensure they are successful in their roles and contribute to the success of the schoolPromote Diversity and Inclusion to create a welcoming and respectful environment for all individualsDeliver results through the management of educational and business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Manage the marketing, sales, and promotions to drive school and student successManage staff and school facilities to ensure a safe experience for all students.
