Grispin, is proven and ready for deployment throughout the United States.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Managing Director based in Phoenix, AZ, with some remote work being acceptable. The Managing Director will oversee the capital raise process for Springboard, and Series A & Rounds, operations, lead strategic planning, and drive business development initiatives and work hand-in-glove with the CEO, CTO & CFO. Some of the day-to-day tasks include; managing senior staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing financial performance, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and steering the company towards achieving its commercial and operational goals.ResponsibilitiesOversee capital raise processes and strategic fundraising activities (Springboard, Series A and rounds).Lead operations and drive strategic planning to achieve commercial and operational goals.Manage senior staff and ensure regulatory compliance across activities.Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and partners.Drive business development initiatives in line with company objectives.QualificationsLeadership and team management skills, with experience in senior management rolesStrategic planning, business development, and operational oversight abilitiesFinancial acumen, including capital raising, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance managementKnowledge of environmental technologies or relevant industrial experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a hybrid work settingBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related fieldExperience in the waste management or oil refining industry is a plusCommunication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, stakeholder engagementProblem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and decision-making capabilitiesRegulatory Compliance: Understanding of environmental regulations and compliance standardsQualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration or a related field; advanced degree is preferredExperience: Minimum of 10 years in a senior management roleJob DetailsLocation: Phoenix, AZEmployment type: Full-timeSeniority level: ExecutiveJob function: Business Development and SalesIndustry: Oil and Gas #J-18808-Ljbffr
