Together, we are working toward a future where clean, electric mobility is the standard.The OpportunityThe EVSE Aftermarket General Manager will serve as the leader of Ampure’s aftermarket charging business, with full accountability for (GTM and product) strategy, scale up, financial performance, organizational effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will focus on the aftermarket segment — setting vision and OGSMs while driving diligent and relentless execution of the plan.This role will guide the vision, mission, goals, and strategic initiatives for the aftermarket as its own business unit. The GM of the EVSE aftermarket business unit will work in conjunction with the other members of the extended executive team to develop and achieve all financial and operational objectives. This person will bring a keen appreciation to driving short- and long-range objectives (incl. EBITDA targets) while implementing plans consistent with the Company’s strategic and financial goals and overall mission of the company.The ideal person will have a proven track record of successfully driving transformational change while being an inspirational people leader, strong cross-functional collaborator, an outstanding communicator, and strategic thinker. The Aftermarket General Manager will provide the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the Company has the proper plans, people, systems, and data-driven approach in place to achieve its financial and value creation objectives.What You Will DoBusiness Unit Leadership – Serve as the GM of the aftermarket EVSE segment, accountable for overall performance, growth, and customer success.Strategy & Vision – Define the short- and long-term strategy for the aftermarket business and drive execution across all functions.Financial Ownership – Own the aftermarket P&L, ensuring revenue, margin, and profitability targets are met.Ecommerce Growth – Lead the expansion of direct-to-consumer sales through e-commerce platforms and digital channels.Cross Channel Management – Direct and manage multiple channels for Ampure global EVSE businessProduct & Customer Success – Ensure aftermarket products are launched on time, meet customer needs, and drive satisfaction.Market Insights – Stay ahead of industry trends, customer demands, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.KPI Management – Establish and track key business metrics, applying data-driven decision-making to improve performance.Cross-Functional Leadership – Guide dotted-line teams across product management, sales, finance, and operations to deliver resultsWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.7+ years of experience in aftermarket, automotive, EVSE, consumer electronics, or similar industries.Proven track record of scaling a business unit, product line, or P&L.Strong experience in e-commerce / direct-to-consumer, electrical distribution, value add resellers, utility and public funding growth strategies is highly desirable, as this is one of our largest growth opportunitiesAn ability to operate both on strategic and tactical levels within an organization.
