TikTok Shop - Category Manager

Overview Responsibilities: You will work with TikTok Shop in the US to scale a book of enterprise partners and drive topline revenue growth for TikTok's US Commerce business. The Category Manager role focuses on acquiring and growing enterprise partners, developing innovative collaboration models, and solving growth challenges through cross-functional collaboration. You will offer strategic content, operations, creator/affiliate/agency partnerships, merchandising, and logistics solutions to sellers, and keep active sellers informed about product developments and new promotional opportunities. Responsibilities Acquire and incubate merchants to support category growth Discover innovative collaboration models aligned to merchants’ short-term and long-term plans and allocate platform resources effectively Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address growth challenges Use a consultative approach to offer solutions across content, operations, creator/affiliate/agency partnerships, merchandising, and logistics for sellers Update active sellers on TikTok Shop product developments and new promotional opportunities Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of experience in e-commerce with mixed platform and brand/merchant exposure preferred Track record of delivering and exceeding sales, GMV, or other commercial goals Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Team player, fast learner, and adaptable to change Preferred Qualifications Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred Strong connections with brands and distributors About TikTok TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video. Job Information Compensation: The base salary range for this position varies by city and experience. This role may be eligible for bonuses and stock units.
