Responsibilities Run a profitable restaurant meeting McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership and develop plans to achieve them. Lead and support a team of Department Managers, including goal-setting, coaching, and performance follow-up. Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure a strong leadership team. Qualifications Previous experience as a General Manager, preferably in high-volume locations. Background in quick service, hospitality, or retail is strongly desired. Must be 18 years or older.
