This role focuses on driving sales, managing daily operations, coaching the team, and delivering an exceptional client experience.You will lead membership sales, oversee all revenue streams, manage staff performance, and ensure the studio operates at the highest Lindora standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive membership sales through outreach, networking, and business developmentLead generation via grassroots marketing and local partnershipsManage and grow revenue streams: memberships, service packages, retail, and supplementsOversee daily studio operations, scheduling, and inventory managementCoach, supervise, and develop Concierge and Nursing staffEnsure outstanding client experiences that exceed Lindora standardsManage studio social media and local marketing campaignsMaintain accurate medical records and enforce compliance standardsOrganize and participate in community events and promotionsHandle collections, vendor coordination, and administrative tasksRequirements2+ years of sales experience (membership sales preferred)Strong ability to generate sales and coach others to do the sameProficiency in social media and local marketingFlexible schedule: weekdays, evenings, and weekends as neededOrganized and detail-oriented with strong follow-throughExcellent communication skills (in-person, phone, email)Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferredPassion for health, wellness, and helping clients achieve their goalsExperience managing staff and studio operationsComputer proficiency; experience with scheduling or CRM software preferredCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $50,000$60,000 per year (based on experience)Bonus & commission opportunities based on performanceHealth benefitsProfessional growth opportunities within Lindoras expanding networkScheduleFull-time, 5 days per weekFlexibility required (7am7pm, including weekends as needed) #J-18808-Ljbffr
