Director of Warehouse & Fulfillment OperationsDirector of Order FulfillmentLocation: Aurora, CO (Greater Denver Area)About The OpportunityWe are a leading provider of specialized products and services, seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Order Fulfillment to oversee operations at our flagship branch. In this critical leadership role, you will manage all aspects of the Fulfillment process—from production and warehousing to delivery—ensuring seamless operations, exceptional service, and continuous improvement.Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, you will lead a team of approximately 16 employees across production, warehouse, and logistics. This position offers high visibility and is essential to achieving operational excellence across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional team, promoting a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.Oversee end-to-end order Fulfillment operations, including production, assembly, shipping & receiving, and inventory control.Manage and maintain warehouse inventory exceeding $1M, ensuring accuracy and integrity through effective systems and controls.Identify and implement process enhancements to optimise efficiency, reduce costs, and meet or exceed performance targets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment to align strategies and ensure high-quality service delivery.Ensure strict adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and all regulatory compliance requirements.Qualifications7+ years of leadership experience in operations, distribution, or order Fulfillment, preferably in a high-volume setting.Deep knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management best practices.Proven track record of building high-performing teams and fostering a results-driven culture.Strong collaboration skills with experience navigating matrixed organizations and multiple stakeholders.Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is a plus.What We OfferCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.A pivotal leadership role within a mission-driven organization.The chance to drive meaningful change and shape the future of our Fulfillment operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
