Apply via Dice today!RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has an enterprise client that is seeking a Project/Program Manager IV in Seattle, WA.Responsibilities:Project/Program Manager IV will be responsible for the coordination and completion of project/programOversees all aspects of projects/programSets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/programAs a Project/Program Manager IV, you will prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project/programPerforms a variety of tasksLeads and directs the work of othersTypically reports to a manager or head of a unit/departmentDay to Day:Assigned multiple programmatic design changes that they will be responsible forEnsuring cross functional stakeholder alignment of the changeEvaluating the technical readiness of the changeCommunicating with leadership within the businessGeneral maintenance of PCM tools that they use to track their programsREQUIREMENTS:May require a Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in the field or in a related areaFamiliar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and proceduresRelies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goalsA wide degree of creativity and latitude is expectedThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
