Overview Join to apply for the Business Development Partner role at International Workplace Group plc. We’re seeking a B2B sales closer who thrives in a high-performance, results-driven environment. The role focuses on developing and closing landlord partnerships to grow our flexible workspace network. Responsibilities Sign 8+ partnership deals per year with building owners to expand our flexible workspace network. Drive your own leads through networking, prospecting, and outreach (LinkedIn, cold calls, referrals, and tools such as Co-Star). Meet with prospects virtually, pitch partnership models, and close deals with landlord partners. Manage deals end-to-end from first contact through signed agreement, with support from our legal and delivery teams. Qualifications Proven B2B sales or business development experience. A track record of closing multiple $250K+ deals. Hunter mentality with ability to find and win deals. Strong communicator and negotiator with business savvy. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
