Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Responsible for all results in assigned storesEnsure food, labor, and service goals are within goalConduct P&L review with direct supervisor each monthWork a minimum 50-hour work week with 1 day off and 1 on-call dayEnsure all stores meet or exceed minimum TIPS and Domino’s Pizza StandardsStaff and train all team members in all storesMaintain repair and maintenance in all storesImplement new products or ideas seamlessly in all storesEnsure all stores run at a minimum 4-star levelPerform self-evaluations (OER’s) and make necessary correctionsComplete evaluations and raises as needed and notify paperwork and D.O.Follow through on all assignments and ensure timely submission of reports and paperworkEnsure all reports and paperwork at the store level are complete and accurateMaintain knowledge of all product and operational standardsFollow all safety and security procedures and ensure equipment is in working orderMaintain store budgetsPrepare and deliver school lunches within required standardsProvide accurate and detailed accountability and ensure a paper trail existsEnsure all equipment is available and utilized correctlyPerform inventory checks on each store each monthUtilize systems checklists and visit books #J-18808-Ljbffr
