You may just be the right candidate for this or other roles.A Brief OverviewThe Senior Product Manager will research, design and drive the development of product solutions to support the needs of TriNet clients, work site employees, and colleagues.This includes responsibility for developing product and go-to-market strategies, conducting market research, generating product requirements; managing roadmaps, and working closely with a cross-functional team of stakeholders to drive implementation. Responsible for identifying and documenting product and business requirements via a product roadmap and taking them from concept to production. Will work with a broad set of stakeholders that include Marketing, Sales, Strategy, Business, Legal, Design, Engineering and others.What you will doCollaborate with product leadership to shape the long-term product and business directionDevelop product strategy and execute on roadmap(s) working with stakeholders to drive implementationConduct market research and perform competitive data analysis that drives continuous product discoveryDevelop go-to-market strategy demonstrating in-depth understanding of market and client needsOwn features from conception to launch, working with our Design, Engineering, and QA teams to deliver improvements to the productCollaborate with cross-functional business partners ensuring alignment, understanding needs and identifying dependencies to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutionsPrioritize the product backlog with clearly articulated benefits, while keeping orderly and handling ongoing feature and bug requestsEnsure clear and concise documentation of planned features as epics and user storiesAble to clearly articulate technical product requirements with familiarity of API concepts and protocolsCollaborate with engineering teams to define product architecture and designProduce collateral to enable Marketing and Sales teams as new product/features are released and launchedParticipate as active member of scrum team and in all agile ceremoniesPerforms other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standardsEducation QualificationsBachelor's Degreein a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, or businessor equivalent experience requiredExperience QualificationsTypically 5+ years Experience in Product roles such as Product Manager, Solution Architect, orTechnical Analyst required, preferably with a software development or technical backgroundTypically 5+ years Demonstrated experience in transforming business requirements into technical solutions that drive value preferredSkills and AbilitiesUnderstands Agile development methodologies, like ScrumUses process and metrics-driven product management approachStrong strategic thinking, troubleshooting and analytical skillsTechnical knowledgeProven track record of successful cross-functional product launchesAbility to communicate with, build trust and influence colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of the organizationAbility to lead and manage projects and facilitate team interactions effectively, including successfully handling conflict and competing prioritiesProduces results in a fast paced, continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple prioritiesExceptional communication, written and oral, and presentation skills (Advanced proficiency)Expert in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with cloud-based solutions (SaaS)Travel RequirementsMinimalWork EnvironmentWork in clean, pleasant, and comfortable office or home setting. All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role, based in Atlanta. All qualified internal candidates are encouraged to apply and consider relocation to Atlanta and may be considered for remote hire at the company’s discretion.
