OverviewRedpath are partnering with a leading private equity real estate platform to appoint a Vice President of Development. The firm manages over $6B in assets and has an active pipeline of multifamily projects across the Southeast, with additional activity in the Northeast and Sun Belt regions.The RoleThe VP, Development will take ownership of the Southeast pipeline, leading projects from pre-construction through delivery. This individual will oversee entitlement, design, and construction processes, working closely with internal teams, external partners, and institutional capital partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development of multifamily projects across Miami and the Southeast region.Manage entitlement, design coordination, permitting, and construction oversight.Partner with investors, lenders, and consultants to optimize project execution.Drive project budgets, schedules, and milestone delivery.Provide strategic input on pipeline growth and regional expansion.Candidate RequirementsProven track record of delivering ground-up multifamily projects, with direct experience executing developments in the City of Miami.8+ years of real estate development experience, ideally with a developer, private equity firm, or institutional owner/operator.Strong technical knowledge of entitlement processes, construction oversight, and financial structuring.Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.Willingness to travel across the Southeast, Northeast, and Sun Belt pensationThe package includes a competitive base salary, annual performance bonus, project milestone bonuses, and carry participation in the fund.How to ApplyTo apply please follow the LinkedIn application or send a copy of your resume to Chris Smith at #J-18808-Ljbffr
