OverviewDirector of Maintenance and Manufacturing - 2 Towns CiderhouseWe’re seeking a seasoned leader to oversee maintenance and packaging operations, ensuring production systems run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. The role offers an opportunity to lead high-performing teams, optimize equipment reliability, and implement automation, mechatronics, and robotics solutions. Reporting directly to the VP of Production & Manufacturing Operations, the role drives operational excellence, reduces downtime, and supports the company’s long-term growth strategies.ResponsibilitiesOversee maintenance and packaging operations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production.Lead high-performing teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Optimize equipment reliability and performance through preventive maintenance and data-driven decisions.Plan and implement automation, mechatronics, and robotics initiatives to improve processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and report to the VP of Production & Manufacturing Operations.Balance strategic planning with hands-on operational oversight.QualificationsMust be 21 years or older.Experience: Minimum of 10 years in maintenance and packaging operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Skills: Strong expertise in equipment maintenance, packaging operations, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop high-performance teams; strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Technical Proficiency: Experience with CMMS and automation technologies pliance: In-depth knowledge of OSHA, FDA, and TTB regulatory pensation & BenefitsSalary range: 85,100.00 – 118,760.00 (DOE); negotiable based on experience.Medical & Dental InsuranceVision InsuranceSupplemental Insurance Options401K or Roth Matching Retirement Plan80 Hours Paid Vacation (1st year); 112 hours after one yearPaid Sick Leave10 Paid HolidaysSwag AllotmentsSizeable Cider AllotmentWork Boot Voucher ProgramWork EnvironmentThis role primarily operates in an office environment but requires frequent interaction with manufacturing production and operations teams.
