They will demonstrate the ability to achieve financial targets outlined in the annual budget by motivating, leading, supervising, and coordinating activities of employees serving our members. They will also exemplify knowledge of company policies and initiatives to uphold the integrity of the Crunch brand. Reports to: Owner Requirements: 4-year college degree preferred4 years management experience requiredFitness management experience preferredCurrent Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required Special Skills: Excellent written and verbal communicationCreative management techniquesStrong organizational, leadership, administrative, customer service, and computer skills Responsibilities include: Administration and organization: implementing policies, encouraging teamwork, making decisions, recruiting staff Sales and revenue management: achieving sales and revenue goals, promoting programs, managing leads and promotions, staff training Personal training: leading, motivating, and managing the personal training department to meet revenue and session goals Operations: supporting club functions, resolving member issues, maintaining standards for cleanliness, safety, security, and equipment Financial: managing budgets, controlling expenses, and analyzing variances Leadership and motivation: serving as a role model, communicating effectively, supporting department heads Profit centers: increasing revenue from various sources and monitoring check-ins for revenue growth Accountabilities: implementing programs, managing expenses, maintaining standards, conducting walk-throughs Measurement standards: managing financial goals, maintaining standards, ensuring membership retention, completing tasks timely Note: This description may be subject to change or alteration at any time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
