As a team we collaborate to solve problems, contribute ideas and challenge each other to ensure growth and ultimately success for the business and our employees.Job Description and ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a Director of PRM (Sales and Operations Planning) to lead our efforts in optimizing our sales and production processes at our plant located in Pueblo, Colorado. As our PRM Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our sales and production plans. You will work closely with our sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure that our production capacity aligns with our sales forecasts and customer demands.
