OverviewThe YMCA of South Hampton Roads is seeking a visionary Executive Director with proven expertise in health and wellness programming and operations. This leader will be responsible for guiding the overall success of a YMCA branch, overseeing membership engagement, fitness and aquatics, youth and family programs, community health initiatives, fundraising, and staff and board development.We are looking for someone who can build and sustain a culture of belonging while driving innovation in wellness and community engagement. The Executive Director will manage budgets and financial performance, ensure excellence in programs and services, and cultivate strong relationships with community partners.
