The General Manager is an energetic, positive leader who is dedicated to cultivating relationships within the studio, as well as role modeling all of the qualities and attributes of an exceptional instructor. The General Manager will take the JETSET Pilates training program and is expected to instruct 6-10 classes per week. The expectation of the General Manager is that in addition to instructing 6-10 classes per week on average, they are in the studio during class times for a minimum of 25 classes each week. The General Manager is a multi-faceted role responsible for all aspects of studio performance, positive team culture, studio growth, and people management.
