Client Strategy & EngagementAct as the primary point of contact for clients, building and nurturing long-term relationships with C-suite executives and business unit heads.Lead discovery sessions to deeply understand a client's business problems, pain points, and strategic goals.Identify opportunities where AI and related technologies (such as machine learning, generative AI, and data analytics) can drive tangible business value, improve efficiency, and create competitive advantage.Solution Design & StorytellingCollaborate with TCS's technical teams, including data scientists, engineers, and researchers, to co-create bespoke AI solutions.Question the rationale of using AI; critical thinking and logical reasoning are crucial.Develop a clear and compelling narrative around the proposed AI solution, articulating its business impact, ROI, and implementation roadmap.Present and "sell" these solutions to clients in a persuasive, easy-to-understand manner, focusing on the "what" and "why" from a business perspective, not just the "how" from a technical one.Market & Business DevelopmentStay ahead of emerging trends in AI and the competitive landscape to identify new service offerings and proactively address client needs.Contribute to the development of thought leadership content, case studies, and presentations that showcase TCS's expertise in AI-led transformation.Support pre-sales activities by crafting proposals, responding to RFPs, and participating in pitches for major AI initiatives.Project LeadershipOversee the strategic direction of AI projects, ensuring they remain aligned with client business outcomes and are delivered on time and within scope.Serve as the client's advocate within TCS, ensuring that the project team is focused on delivering the promised business value.QualificationsRequired Qualifications & SkillsFull-time MBA or a related postgraduate degree from a recognized university.Business Acumen: A strong grasp of business operations, strategy, and finance. You must be able to understand a client's business model and identify where AI can create value.Passion for AI: A genuine enthusiasm for artificial intelligence and a basic understanding of its potential and limitations. You don't need to be a coder, but you should be eager to learn about AI applications and use cases.Exceptional Communication: The ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity and confidence, both verbally and in writing. You must be a skilled storyteller who can connect with and influence a business audience.Strategic Thinking: The ability to see the big picture and connect disparate pieces of information to form a coherent strategy.Client-Facing Presence: Poise, professionalism, and the confidence to interact with and advise senior-level clients.Agility & Proactivity: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and a self-starter mindset to seek out and create opportunities.BenefitsPreferred, but not required:Prior internship experience in a client-facing role, such as consulting, product management, or business development.Experience with technology-driven projects.Auto or Manufacturing Business Domain.OpportunityThis role is a unique opportunity to shape the future of business by leveraging the power of AI.
