Site General Manager

OverviewThe Site General Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, profitability, and overall success of the entire truck stop facility. This role involves managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, optimizing fuel and retail sales, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. Active involvement requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing. Occasional lifting/moving of items over 50 pounds.
