OverviewAdministrative Assistant to the SVP and Chief Financial and Investment Officer at Franklin University, Columbus, OH (Downtown area), United States.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive support to the Senior Vice President (SVP) & Chief Financial and Investment Officer (CFIO) in a high-paced environment.Establish and maintain financial controls for projects and major events; track contracts; review and revise processes for efficiency.Coordinate internal and external activities; serve as a liaison with Trustees, vendors, and team members.Conduct research and compile information for various projects; assist with investment manager due diligence, administrative document support, and fund reporting document preparation and presentation.Support compliance for new and existing projects and streamline quarterly reporting preparation.QualificationsBachelor degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Excellent verbal and written communication, high attention to detail, and strong time management with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities; positive demeanor and willingness to take on new challenges.About Franklin UniversityFounded in 1902, Franklin University has built its reputation on removing barriers to higher education for ambitious adults who must balance their educational goals with other commitments.
