Tooling Solutions offers industrial tooling rentals and related services, with tech-enabled tool tracking, site-wide communication solutions, tool testing, repair, certification, consumables, and industrial supplies to assist job sites.At EquipmentShare, we’re transforming construction through our proprietary T3 technology, delivering real-time insights into fleet availability, usage, and performance.ResponsibilitiesBuild an awesome team by hiring and developing great people. Conduct reviews and performance evaluations, train employees, provide guidance for improvement, and document progress as needed.Manage branch operations to maximize financial success. Conduct monthly profit and loss reviews to analyze business performance and identify improvement and revenue opportunities.Monitor metrics such as equipment utilization, underperforming assets, warranty recovery, billed mechanic hours, aged receivables, and customer satisfaction.Effectively communicate information to the team and management.Establish reasonable, measurable goals with clear expectations for team members.Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures in compliance with legal regulations.Why EquipmentShareWe’re a people-first company powered by cutting-edge technology.
