This is an opportunity to join a diverse team in a role focused on project management, process improvement, and modernization within the Classification, Data and Compliance Branch (CDCB).ResponsibilitiesUnder the general direction of the Staff Services Manager (SSM) II, the Section Chief, the Unit Chief will manage the Section/'s most complex projects, PC, and reporting using project management and process improvement methodologies, ensuring alignment with the Department/'s mission, vision, values, and goals.Collaborate through clear communication to ensure timely completion of deliverables.Identify areas within the Human Resources Division (HRD) that require modernization, address compliance-related issues, and provide strategic recommendations to HRD management, Executive Staff, and other stakeholders involved in human resources functions.Minimum requirementsYou will find the Minimum Requirements in the Class Specification.
