With operations spanning Texas, Arizona, Virginia, and beyond, we are on pace to generate $5M+ in revenue this year, with aggressive growth targets in the $20M+ range.We support general contractors, integrators, and developers with on-demand labor, workforce deployment, and project execution — and now, we’re looking for a vision-aligned, operations-driven leader to help us scale to the next level.The OpportunityWe’re seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) who has successfully scaled a $20M+ company in the structured cabling, low-voltage, or data center construction space.
