OverviewCCL Hospitality Group is seeking an inspiring and accomplished General Manager – Vice President of Culinary Experience to lead the culinary and hospitality program at Montereau, a premier community known for its luxurious environment, vibrant lifestyle, and exceptional dining experiences. This is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing a hospitality strategy aligned with the community’s wellness and lifestyle offerings.Position details: General Manager – VP of Culinary Experience, Luxury Senior Living, Tulsa | Pay Grade information available upon request. Salary range: $135,000-$150,000. Other compensation: Bonus. Relocation and sign-on bonuses may apply.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership: Provide visionary leadership and direction to all departments, including food and beverage.Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth operations with the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.Financial Management: Develop and manage the annual budget, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures.Guest Experience: Create a welcoming and exclusive environment, addressing guest needs promptly and professionally.Marketing and Communication: Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance guest experiences and engagement.Staff Development: Hire, train, and mentor a team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Event Planning: Oversee events, tournaments, and social activities to meet high standards and guest pliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards.Knowledge and SkillsAdvanced knowledge of hospitality and business management.Ability to analyze complex activities and develop new approaches.Extensive wine and spirits knowledge.Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills with managers, guests, and corporate clients.Excellent verbal and written communication for interactions with staff and guests.Understanding P&L components and driving efficiencies within an operation.QualificationsEducation: Prefer Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.Experience: Minimum 5+ years in a leadership role within luxury hospitality or country club environment.Skills: Strong financial acumen, excellent communication, proven track record of exceptional guest experiences.Attributes: Passion for hospitality, commitment to excellence, ability to inspire and lead a team.Certifications: Relevant industry certifications are a plus.Benefits & CompensationMedical, Dental, VisionLife Insurance / ADDisability InsuranceRetirement PlanFlexible Time Off, Holiday Time Off (varies by site/state)Associate Shopping ProgramHealth and Wellness ProgramsDiscount MarketplaceIdentity Theft ProtectionPet InsuranceCommuter BenefitsEmployee Assistance ProgramFlexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)Paid Parental Leave, Personal LeaveApply & Equal OpportunityCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
