In this highly visible position, you will drive value for customers, stakeholders, and the firm. Join our team and contribute by delivering strategic focus, while fostering strong partnerships across the entire Consumer and Community Banking organization.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customersManages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmapOwns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value propositionBuilds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliabilitySupport the shaping of both near and long-term strategies across all APGs within the CAMP organizationDefine and prioritize end-to-end customer journeys to inform key product strategies of focus across CCBBuild vision for the end-to-end optimized and personalized customer shopping journeys in partnership with key stakeholdersSpearhead LOB strategic initiatives that span across multiple area product groupsHelp support process improvement and build strong team relationships through feedback and retrospectivesRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementDemonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organizationStructured thinking and communication skills, both verbal and written.Proven ability to navigate ambiguous priorities and make effective recommendations.Experience in managing and influencing multiple stakeholders to achieve shared goals.Skilled in prioritizing projects based on business needs and industry trends.Self-motivated and committed, with a passion for learning and collaboration in a start-up environment.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsDemonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organizationExperience in fast-paced environments like agency, consulting, or start-up, with expertise in stakeholder managementStrong data analytical skills and application in strategic developmentAbout UsChase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America’s households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
